Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and establishing new partnerships.

- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats within the accounting and advisory industry.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational objectives and revenue targets.

- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.

- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients, showcasing our firm's expertise and value proposition.

- Networking: Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance visibility and build a robust network of contacts.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and consulting teams to align business development strategies with broader organizational goals.

- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in business development within the accounting and advisory sector.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of the accounting and advisory industry landscape, trends, and competitive dynamics.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
