Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding for roles across engineering, product, marketing, operations, and other functions.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to engage both passive and active candidates through channels such as social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
Candidate Experience:
- Deliver a positive experience for all candidates, maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and promoting our brand throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration:
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and establish effective recruitment timelines.
- Manage expectations with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and the selection process.
Employer Branding & Culture Promotion:
- Support employer branding initiatives by developing engaging content, attending networking events, and sharing stories that highlight the company's culture and values.
Data-Driven Recruitment:
- Leverage data and metrics to assess recruitment performance, analyze trends, and refine hiring processes for continuous improvement.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
- Drive DEI initiatives to attract diverse talent and foster an inclusive hiring process that aligns with company goals and values.
Market Research & Insights:
- Stay informed on industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices within the startup and tech ecosystems to ensure competitive talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR, preferably in high-growth startups.
- Proven expertise in recruiting across various functions within fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment with experience in using metrics and analytics.
- Skilled in building relationships with stakeholders and managing expectations effectively.
