About: - This role is primarily responsible for managing the Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs) and all related financial, accounting, and compliance aspects at BHIVE Group. - The candidate will oversee the end-to-end ESOP program, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, handling IGAAP/IndAS accounting, issuing ESOP letters, and maintaining up-to-date data in the ESOP tool. - The secondary focus will be to analyze day-to-day financial activities for the CEO Office, providing reports and insights to senior management. - The role will involve collaboration across departments such as sales, marketing, legal, HR, finance, and accounts to ensure overall organizational compliance. Key Responsibilities: Finance Management: - Manage the ESOPs workstream by supporting calculations during compensation structuring, issuing ESOP letters, and handling associated documentation. - Ensure compliance with The Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable regulatory frameworks related to ESOPs. - Adhere to IGAAP/IndAS standards, including maintaining updated data and completing the documentation in the ESOP tool. - Assess employee compensation structures and recommend tax-efficient changes aligned with industry best practices. - Prepare monthly ESOP reports and updates. - Build and maintain SOPs for closing, reconciling tasks, and other financial activities. - Ensure seamless accounting, reporting, and internal controls across the organization. - Consolidate and analyze financial data, including budgets and income statement forecasts, considering company goals. - Develop and implement sales incentives to motivate the sales team. - Prepare Investor Decks, ad-hoc reports, and provide details to internal and external stakeholders. - Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and perform process analysis. - Conduct business studies, forecast models, and identify trends to advise senior financial analysts. - Collaborate with management for strategic decision-making based on comprehensive financial analysis. Academic Qualifications and Experience Requirements: Educational Qualification: Qualified CA or MBA. Experience: 3-4 years in a similar role, with experience in financial analysis, business operations, and project management. Preferred Industry: Experience in Real Estate/Flex Space Business is a plus. Additional Experience: IPO experience is highly desirable.
