Role Overview:
The L&D Data & Analytics Lead will drive data-backed insights to measure and optimize the impact of learning programs on business outcomes.
This role will align L&D strategies with organizational goals, ensuring maximum ROI and workforce readiness as the company scales and prepares for an IPO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop learning analytics frameworks to measure training impact, ROI, and business outcomes.
- Track key metrics such as learner engagement, skill development, and retention impact.
- Use predictive analytics to identify skill gaps and future capability needs.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize learning investments.
- Integrate L&D analytics with LMS, HRIS, and performance dashboards.
- Track compliance training completion aligned with SEBI and IPO-readiness standards.
- Present learning impact reports to leadership and optimize L&D budget allocations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- 6+ years of experience in learning data analytics and performance measurement.
- Proficiency in LMS, HRIS, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with business impact focus.
