Salary range: 15 - 20 LPA
- Source various real estate investment proposals by conversing with IPCs, Landowners & brokers.
- Internally work with different teams to evaluate the financial feasibility of the proposals.
- Prepare financials, break even analysis and internal management presentations for the different investment opportunities.
- Negotiate with land owners, IPCs, brokers on the financials of the investment/ JV
- Lead the closure process by coordinating with both internal & external team of lawyers, accountants, architectural consultants.
- Analyse and track past investment/JV performance with management.
- Candidate should be hardworking having good financial, negotiation skill with attention to details.
- Ability to multitask and achieve deadlines.
- Proven work experience and track record in business development manager of around 3-5 years.
