Senior Manager - Product Presales & Solutioning


Key Responsibilities:


1. Presales Activities:

- Lead the end-to-end presales process, including requirement gathering, requirement analysis, solution design, and proposal creation.

- Prepare and deliver customized product demonstrations, technical presentations, and showcase product capabilities.

- Collaborate with sales teams to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, ensuring the proposed solutions meet client needs.

2. Product Expertise & Solution:

- Act as the subject matter expert of our offered products, understanding their features, integrations, and competitive landscape.

- Design tailored solutions by mapping client requirements to product capabilities and identifying areas for customization, if needed.

- Provide feedback to product teams to enhance features based on client needs and market demands.

- Should be a Specialist in their respective product domain ( ERP, HRMS, HIMS, etc.)

3. Client Engagement:

- Engage with clients to gather and analyse business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their challenges and objectives.

- Address client concerns, objections, and technical queries, providing clear and persuasive responses.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.

4. Collaboration & Coordination:

- Pre-sales will be aligned with the customer till the time the final POC is done. For POC and development, the team will work closely with internal teams, including product development, QA, and PMG, to deliver a seamless customer experience, and post-POC, the same will be handed over to the respective implementation team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

- B. Tech / M. Tech/MCA

Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting roles within the IT/software domain.

- Proven track record of supporting enterprise-level software pre-sales.

Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of software architectures, SaaS solutions, cloud platforms, APIs, and system integrations.

- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.

- Proficiency with tools like project management tools, presentation tools, and diagramming tools

Soft Skills:

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
