Human Resources Business Partner - Corporate Office
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-boarding and smooth induction of new joinees.
- Design, develop & execute employee engagement and CSR initiatives and other employee communication forums.
- Drive Kenexa impact planning sessions across functions and track action planning for enhanced employee satisfaction.
- Responsible for skip level meetings, employee 1-on-1 discussions and retention strategy.
- Facilitate the entire performance & competency management process including normalization and appraisals for HO employees.
- Implement policy/procedures related to Performance Assessment, Feedback & Surveys and Career planning and Development planning.
- Facilitate talent management through counselling & performance planning, implementation of appropriate solutions for development and growth.
- Implement the Rewards & Recognition program for enhanced employee motivation.
- Contribute towards building a learning organization through assessment of training needs, seamless training delivery in partnership with the T&D team and adequate transfer of learning.
- Ensure effective utilization of Staff welfare Budget and implementation of measures to drive cost optimization
Candidate Profile
MBA from a premier B-school is a must
- 6-8 years of post qualification experience across HR verticals, prior experience in HR Partnering / Operations / Employee Engagement
- Excellent communication skills and stake holder management
