We at Bharti Infratel Limited are looking for Circle Human Resources Head ( Senior Manager Level) for our J&K Circle ( Based out of Jammu). Brief about Infratel is mentioned below:

Bharti Infratel is a provider of tower and related infrastructure and on a consolidated basis, we are one of the largest tower infrastructure providers in India, based on the number of towers that Bharti Infratel owns and operates and the number of towers owned or operated by Indus, that are represented by Bharti Infratel's 42% equity interest in Indus.Not only did we pioneer the tower infrastructure sharing concept in India, but are also today the leaders with over 35,000+ Towers across the circles we operate in, with some of them in the remotest and tough terrains. We also pioneered the concept of environment friendly Towers or ‘GreenTowers’ and energy efficient methods for maintenance of these towers.

Basic Expectations from the Role Holder:

- Manage & Deliver as HR Business Patner for 150 On Roll Employees & 300 Off Roll Employees, Deliver comprehensive HR service to the business

- Ability to Drive Organisation`s Talent Management Strategy- Talent Management Councils, Talent Pipeline, Succession Planning and Talent Development

- Identification of capability building opportunities in the organization

- Developing & Ensuring successful implementation of roll out plans for various interventions (For Onroll employees including Hi-Pots, associates & OD interventions)

- Managing/Administering Employee Engagement Initiatives and Learning Management System

- Engaging with participants to facilitate transfer of learning to workplace

Desired Experience & Skill set:

- MBA or Equivalent Degree in HR from Premier Institute with 5-9 Years of Corporate Exposure majorly in HR Business Partnering Role & Talent Management Role

- Excellent Communication & People Management Skills

- Sets example of adding value both as an individual contributor and other team members

- Ability to built rapport with senior leadership team

- Willing to travel to Zonal Locations 4-5 Days in a month

- Abilty to work in paced paced environment & deliver assignments under pressure

- Native of J&K or Knowledge of Geography would be prefferred
