Bharti Infratel - Circle Head - Legal & Regulatory

- Implementation of well defined standardized Legal & Regulatory processes, Policies & Compliances across Telecom Circle / State to streamline all activities

- Preparation and circulation of all Circle reports, Legal MIS, Flash reports etc. as required, for all legal cases / issues to avoid any implications

- Responsible for ensuring the Legal sanctity of all properties (clear titles) which are being taken over by the Company in his/her area of operations (to install infrastructure/ cell site)

- Independently negotiating legal clauses and due execution of all Contracts (including cell site agreements) in a time bound manner ensuring the agreement is legally tenable and is in the best interest of the organization

- First time right (FTR) advise (proactively wherever it is possible) to all the concerned functions in the circle/state on critical as well as (day to day) operational issues that have any Legal & Regulatory implications

- Evaluation & compliance of all Statutory Directives, Policies issued by different local authorities, regulations etc, ensuring strict adherence of the same across circle to avoid any Show Cause Notice and /or penal action

- Total Litigation control by ensuring timely drafting & filing / defending of various Suits, Appeals, Replies, Affidavits and other miscellaneous pleadings on behalf of the company within the prescribed time period.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- A resident of Haryana with LLB from a reputed college in Haryana.

- 8-10 years of post qualification experience with hands on experience in Real Estate / Land related issues as well as Litigation.

Age : Max 33 to 34 years

- Independendt bonafide residents of Haryana serving in the High Court / Supreme Court of India and dealing largly with Civil cases, can also apply for the role
