Bharti Enterprises - Manager/Senior Manager - Liquidity Solutions Group

About the Role:

To manage liquidity for Airtel and the Group entities by effective management and optimum utilization of funds, and ensuring minimum blockage of funds within the system. Managing the treasury operations, ensuring timely debt servicing, and business payments. Management of bank account structure, BG & related operations. Governance & Control of banking operations, including laying down policy & framework for the organization. Driving transition to banking best practices & concepts in Collection & Payment arrangements.

Deliverables :

- Managing liquidity for the group, to ensure optimum & effective utilization of funds. Managing Banking & CMS set up for the organization.

- Understand business needs and identify suitable banking arrangement for the business unit.

- Commercial negotiation, process finalization and documentation with banks for various collection and payment services arrangements.

- Management of daily investment, debt servicing & BG operations for Bharti Airtel Limited and other group companies. Knowledge of various assets classes for investments ex: Money market funds and instruments, corporate bond market, Govt. Securities & Mutual funds

- Liquidity management for Bharti Airtel Limited and other group companies & ensuring minimum OD/surplus balances in the bank accounts.

- Monitoring Cash targets, achievements, forecasting & forex forecasting efficiency,

- Banking projects to drive cost/business efficiencies. Introducing new banking product & ideas for enhanced banking experience & business efficiency.

- Selection of banks for various collection/payment services & banking automation initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Must be CA/ICWA/MBA with 5-8 years of work experience

- Strong domain knowledge in Banking cash management products and Investments across Debt market instruments

- Good interpersonal, leadership, team management, conflict management, analytical, and decision-making skills/ capabilities
