Job description :

- Leading the formulation and monitoring of annual operating plan and five year strategic plan for all the sales channels of Bharti AXA General Insurance

- Negotiating and building consensus with channel heads to ensure the budget nos. are in line with company objectives

- Creation of the robust templates to build flexibility in the process

- Review the performance drivers work jointly in order to achieve the desired productivity

- Providing constructive inputs in pre closure and forecasting exercise in order to enable regional team to consolidate

- Review and discuss key performance drivers with channel heads on monthly basis

- Track performance, contribution and profitability (including loss ratio and cost of acquisition) of each channel on monthly basis

- Aid management and both the shareholders with timely inputs and insights about each channel

- Implementing & enforcing budgetary controls

- Tracking actuals against budget and highlighting

- Partnering with channel to conduct financial feasibility of any channel initiative.

- Help channels in implementing such initiatives to meet the objective set in Strategic plan

- Automation of current budgetary and reporting process.

- Setting up an Analysis framework for channel KPIs

Full Time MBAs/ qualified CA

Strongly preferred - Insurance background
