Key Role Purpose :

- To grow and manage the digital sales portfolio of General Insurance products via digital & mobile channels

Key Responsibilities :

- To achieve the GWP (Gross Written Premium ) targets

- To build a profitable portfolio

- Manage the customer acquisition budget

- Identify new sources of business and managing key sales relationships

- Participate in product and programme creation

- Design and constantly enhance sales processes

- Measure and Impact quality of customer engagement

- Environment mapping & competition benchmarking

Key Internal Stakeholders :

- Digital Marketing

- Brand Marketing

- Underwriting & Actuarial

- Information Security & Information Technology

- Project Management Office

- Legal & Compliance

- Distribution & Business Development

- Regional AXA Marketing & Digital Teams

Key External Stakeholders :

- Web Aggregators

- Call Centre Agencies

- Digital & Mobile organizations - ecommerce, publishers etc.

Experience Profile :

- Proven track record of sales management and goal achievement

- Establishment and management of outbound call centre services for sales & servicing

- Designing and monitoring sales processes

- Team design, recruitment and leadership skills

- Business development and relationship management expertise

- Proven experience of working and delivering results in regulated business environments

- 10+ years work experience

Preferable :

- Experience in product management, brand management / marketing would be an added advantage

- Working knowledge of digital marketing and selling in Internet & mobile ecosystems

- Domain expertise in BFSI, telecom, or technology based consumer industries
