Function: Technology & Solutions Group

Location : Airtel Centre, Gurgaon

Reporting to : Head - TSG

Purpose of the Job

- Ensure preparation & development of feasible and effective techno-commercial proposals & solutions, across verticals, using existing or new technologies

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

- Customer Engagement for Requirement Gathering based on allocated opportunities.

- Design of profitable, optimal and replicable Technical Solutions

- Solution presentation to customer, response to customer queries

- Engineering Design-Bill Of Material and Scope of Work for Projects/NoC

- Technical Proposal creation - Analyze customer's price expectations, indicate technical options in optimized offering

- Providing Core Solutions on MPLS, Lease line, NLD

Decision level

Prime: Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management

Shared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis

Contributory: Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others

Educational Level

Must have: BE/BTech

Certifications - CCNA, CCNP (preferable)

Working Experience

Must have: Minimum 5 yrs of experience in Technical Account Management - Enterprise Accounts & Presales

- Technology Expertise in Telecom Data products (IP /MPLS)
