Job Title: Postpaid Marketing Head (B2C,B2B, Data)

Reporting to : Head Marketing Delhi
Purpose of the Job:
1. Responsible for Postpaid Revenue & Customer Market share.
2. To plan actions and roll out initiatives for delivering revenue numbers and achieving RMS leadership in postpaid mobile LOB, Telemedia Data (MPLS,ILP)
3. To drive higher usage and retention of customers of Voice and Data in postpaid base through requisite up selling and communication programs
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities) :
Postpaid Customer Acquisitions : Liaise with Retail, DSA, Corporate sales team and create programs and customer propositions to drive Postpaid Customer Gross
Own base management of the postpaid base to achieve overall gross revenues of the circle in both voice & data and deliver RMS growth
Design and execute programs to enhance ARPU & revenue across segments by customer life cycle management through higher customer engagement, loyalty programs leading to higher REC and lower inactive base
Pricing Approvals for Corporate accounts - Voice & Data
Sales Incentive Plans for team delivery, NAC (to keep acquisition cost with in budgets), Schemes, targets to ensure acquisition numbers.
High level of coordination both at the backend & front end (sales team) to ensure error free delivery of products in the market done through planning & meticulous execution.
High level of sensitivity to market dynamics, keep a track of competition ensuing product & market superiority done through market visits, innovative products & streamlined support to sales team.

Educational Level
A recognized postgraduate degree in Management (preferably from a premier institute) with specialization in Marketing.
