BharatX is a FinTech Startup funded by Industry Veterans, Marquee Angels and Industry Veterans trying to change how the 110 Million Indian Middle-Class families consume credit. We enable large consumer-facing apps to provide Credit-as-a-Feature to their customers via a simple integration. Imagine offering Postpaid on Uber, Pay after Trial on Lenskart, Khata on BigBasket etc.

What you will contribute to:

You will be responsible for the Most Important Business Metric of the Organisation - NPA. You shall drive projects and processes which impact Recollections and Risk Assessment that impact our bottom line in a direct manner using your Street-Smart skills and Tech Savviness.

As the person responsible for Risk Operations, you would be directly working on one or more of:

- Handle & Streamline Customer Communications via Multiple Channels

- Automating Customer Engagement Programs.

- Customer Happiness & Support Requirements.

- Managing the Dedicated Calling Ops Team for Collections.

- Building & implementing tech savvy processes to optimise collections & cost

- Innovating in new Avenues to Solve Risk

What you will learn:

How to get stuff done! You will solve real-world challenges that no experience or training can help you. Only your grit and passion for solving the problem will help you figure out how to deal with them. While you will get exposure to many things like Human Behaviour, Data Analytics, Driving Campaigns, Risk Assessment, Customer Interaction and so on, you will learn how to Assess Risk for the Middle Class India and optimise Recollections.

What we look for:

We need people who are quick learners and bold enough to suggest crazy ideas. We really like people who:

- Love to go through the Zero to One Ride in a Startup!

- Is someone who knows how to Use Tech as a tool to Optimise Operations

- Is Street Smart!

- Has Previous Experience (1-3 years) in Risk Operations

- Preferably has Previous Startup Experience

- Some Tech Skills in Python/R/SQL/Excel

- Great Communication Skills & has Empathy.

- Knows how to use Data to their Advantage!
