We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead, execute, and coordinate real estate projects of varying complexities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large, multifaceted real estate developments, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and managing resources to ensure the successful completion of projects. The role requires effective leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle complex tasks with multiple competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept development to design, procurement, construction, and final handover, ensuring each phase aligns with project goals.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, risk management strategies, and resource allocation to guide the project to successful completion.

- Monitor project progress to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards, making adjustments as necessary.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and local authorities, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

- Manage and mentor both internal teams and external contractors, providing direction, setting expectations, and optimizing resource allocation to meet project goals.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and health and safety standards.

- Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports, ensuring easy access for review and decision-making.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of project management experience in real estate industry with a demonstrated track record of successfully completing large-scale projects.

- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.

- Strong experience in managing multiple stakeholders and overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle (planning, design, procurement, execution, and closeout).

- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across different stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants.

- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to project management.

- Experience with large-scale or high-profile real estate projects is preferred.
