In this role, you have the opportunity to :
- Take ownership of marketing campaigns and have a direct impact on driving customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
- Drive sustainable/profitable growth.
Responsibilities will include:
Functional Expertise:
- Lead online and social media marketing especially App Downloads, engagement campaigns along with search, display, remarketing, Google Adwords, Paid campaigns and other aspects of online marketing.
- Understanding of the app ecosystem - Attribution, Tracking & tuning various End-to-End Funnel Metrics & Real-Time ROI measurements right from Traffic Metrics to conversion funnels.
- Running experiments on paid digital channels to find incremental value of digital marketing across cohorts of customers.
- Monitor and keep track of important funnels and events in Marketing automation setup.
- Responsible for end to end campaign management - planning, monitoring, optimization & reporting.

Qualification & Experience (type & industry):
- Preferred tier 1 pedigree.
- Engineering undergrad is preferred.
Skills & know-how:
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts (incrementality) and best practices
- Knowledge of Marketing analytics, Attribution and Planning tools (e.g. Appsflyer, Firebase,etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Google adwords, Facebook Ads, programmatic & affiliates
- Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
- Hands-on experience in managing the marketing budget at scale along with the business objectives & KPIs like CPI, CPM, CAC/LTV, Acquisition, Remarketing, Cross-Sell, Up-Sell, etc.
