Regional Business Head

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all regional business operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and implement regional business plans and strategies.

- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, partners, and regulatory bodies.

- Represent the company in regional forums and events.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and revenue.

- Develop and implement strategies for merchant acquisition and engagement.

- Drive the adoption of merchant banking services within the region.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a regional team to achieve business objectives.

- Set performance targets and monitor team performance.

- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and company policies.

- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance.

- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and synergy.

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- Proven experience in Merchant Banking and financial services.

- Demonstrated success in developing and managing business relationships.

- Experience in leading and managing teams.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
