Position Summary:
- The Collection Analytics and MIS Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the collection process.
- This includes planning, executing, and monitoring collection strategies, analyzing performance data, and generating insightful reports to drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute annual collection plans, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Design and implement effective collection campaigns to maximize recovery rates.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Create and maintain comprehensive collection dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate regular MIS reports to provide insights into collection performance and risk areas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide customized reports.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate and optimize collection processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce delinquency rates and minimize write-offs.
Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including operations, finance, and sales, to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise information.
Data Quality Assurance:
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems and databases.
- Implement data quality checks and validation procedures.
- Resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics and data management
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Desirable: SQL and Power BI skills
