- The Collection Support Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution and monitoring of the collection strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Execution of Collection Plan:
- Oversee the execution of the annual collection plan, ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth implementation of collection strategies.
Campaign Management:
- Monitor and track the performance of ongoing collection campaigns.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may impact campaign effectiveness.
- Make necessary adjustments to campaign strategies to optimize results.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Create and maintain collection dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators.
- Analyze data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Generate regular MIS reports to provide insights into collection performance and share with relevant stakeholders.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with various teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the collection process.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline collection processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement process improvements to reduce delinquency rates and optimize recovery efforts.
