Bharat Financial Inclusion - Head - Microfinance & Liability Operation

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Head of Microfinance & Liability Ops would oversee the entire National operations with key focus on process standardization, error free transaction processing and ensure maximum utilization of available resources. This role also ensures to delivers customer value through timely and quality execution and develops an understanding of problems and employs new methods to find solutions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage all operations & disbursement related activities like non discrepancy check (NDC) with complete KYC norms, system Data entry, dispatch process, data maintenance, record management etc.

- Monitor liability accounts originated/managed by the IBG BFIL network.

- Manage OGL postings recon with disbursements mapped in Application.

- Provide support to risk management, business, and support units in containing exceptions to the minimum and help in resolving them.

- Work on Audit findings and fix the issue with Solution Delivery Group and IT.

- Drive automation of manual entries like interest reversal etc to make it part of daily process and identify missing entries and work with IT team on fixes (CDF - CSIP/ LPF)

- Responsible for custody of disbursement related documents.

- Adherence of Policy & Processes, Guidelines and Circulars rolled out time to time.

- Ensure mandatory processing to be completed on same day for within TAT requests for cases and escalations internal / external customer.

- Ensure highest service standards are maintained for servicing of all clients and maintaining minimum turn-around- time.

- Manage Post disbursal disbursement tracking, updating and System entries and dispatch to Storage.

- Create and sustaining a dynamic environment to develop opportunities and ensuring high performance in the team through consistent motivation.

DESIRED PROFILE:

Qualifications and Skills -

MBA/PG/graduate with Prior experience of 10+ years in Retail Asset Operation in Banking or Financial services.
