POSITION PROFILE:

Position Title: Fraud Investigation & Audit Location: Hyderabad

Indicative Band: Chief Manager 1 Function: Internal Audit

Reports to: Vice President Team Size:

POSITION SUMMARY:

- The candidate is expected to create, disseminate, and manage the end-to-end record keeping of frauds reported.

- All regulatory and statutory requirements for all incidents of frauds reported and co-ordinating with other teams for closure of fraud incidents.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Act as a central repository for all fraud incidents.

- Follow-up with field team for all ongoing and pending investigations.

- Review and challenge the investigation reports received from field investigators.

- Ensure all regulatory reporting for all fraud incidents.

- Co-ordinate with crisis and HR teams for filing of FIR/PC and staff action.

- Provide information required to file insurance claims.

- Co-ordinate with F&A and IT team for loan ledger corrections.

- Maintaining MIS to be presented at various forums.

DESIRED PROFILE:

Qualifications and Skills

Experience: 12-15 years of experience in fraud investigation & Audit.

Key Skills: Analytical skills, Fraud control, Fraud investigation & Audit.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant/ Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) /MBA with commerce

background.

MUST HAVES FOR THE ROLE:

- Knowledge of fraud control measures and process in the fraud investigation domain.

- Good verbal, written communication skills, presentation skills with demonstrated analytical skills.
