Purpose of the Role:

To streamline and enhance marketing activities for the Motors business across India. Deliver data-driven insights to central and zonal teams using AI-powered data mining tools to improve the quality and effectiveness of marketing inputs.

Responsibilities:

- Collect and maintain customer data, including contact information, job titles, and company production capacity.

- Collaborate with sales engineers to gather insights through regular customer visits and visit reports.

- Monitor visit frequency to existing and new customers, identifying opportunities for expansion.

- Evaluate market potential and identify new dealers in motors, drives, cables, switchgear, and pumps.

- Research government schemes and policies that impact the motors industry.

- Analyze industry trends using AI-driven insights and sector-specific PMI data.

- Collect import data for pumps, gearboxes, VFDs, and sector-specific machinery.

- Conduct analysis of lost customers based on service reports.

- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations showcasing sector-specific data, machine photographs, and critical application movements.

- Develop customized technical presentations for client meetings.

- Execute email marketing campaigns, customer surveys, and product polls.

- Design creative graphics for exhibitions, catalogs, flyers, and promotional materials.

- Improve customer engagement through automated dispatches and real-time order tracking.

- Implement CRM automation and streamline daily reporting processes.

- Utilize sentiment analysis to derive customer insights and enhance engagement.

- Apply AI-driven offer simulations and optimize sales processes using technical data sheets and GA drawings.

- Develop pricing strategies based on monthly and quarterly market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on industrial products or the motors industry.

- Proficiency in AI tools for data mining and analytics.

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation.

- Strategic thinker with a focus on process optimization and automation.
