Bhanzu - Team Lead - Domestic Operations Management

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission to align team objectives with organizational goals.

- Maintain and update client information in the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

- Act as a strong team leader to keep the team aligned and on track with performance goals.

- Manage email and WhatsApp conversations with potential leads, providing information and addressing queries.

- Educate potential leads about Bhanzu's courses and convert them into customers.

- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software and other related tools efficiently.

- Lead and support the team in achieving targets and ensuring seamless workflow.

- Proven experience in team leadership, particularly in managing international processes.
