Bhanzu - Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and drive organizational efficiency.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead teams effectively, ensure seamless execution of business strategies, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

- Lead and manage team performance, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.

- Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategies for business growth.

- Monitor key operational metrics, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS), and implement improvement strategies.

- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and drive process optimization initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational goals with company objectives.

- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

- Proven experience in managing and leading teams in an operations capacity.

- Hands-on experience in improving CSAT and NPS metrics.

- Project management expertise with a track record of driving successful initiatives.
