We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, working US hours.

This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing daily business operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and executing strategic business initiatives.

The Senior Operations Manager will be instrumental in managing team performance, collaborating with leadership, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

- Implement and monitor operational processes to enhance efficiency.

- Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
