Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Operations Manager located in Bengaluru during the US work hours.

- The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, and executing business strategies.

- The Senior Operations Manager will also oversee and manage the performance of the team members, and partner with leadership to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

- Experience in managing and leading teams in an operations capacity

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills

- Must have worked on improving the CSAT and NPS .

- Project management and organizational skills

- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.

- Master's degree is a plus

- Experience in the education or technology industry is a plus
