Responsibilities:
1. The Digital Specialist will be tasked with analyzing user experience data, initiating digital projects, reporting on planned and current strategies, leading effective digital marketing strategies, and ensuring that projects are executed within budget.
2. You will play a pivotal role in growing our business, and customer base, and improving user experience.
3. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
4. Research on latest digital tools and interactive trends for effective digital marketing.
Requirements:
1. Exposure in Media Planning/Execution + Digital Campaigns (4+ Years).
2. Solid experience in managing Facebook or Google Ads campaigns, ideally with a strong track record in driving growth and optimizing performance.
3. Good knowledge of Facebook (App install and Lead Generation campaigns), Google Ads (Display, SEM, and YouTube), and Email campaigns.
4. Should be data-driven and able to ideate copies, creatives, and conceptualize campaigns.
5. Experience in handling decent-sized Digital budgets would be an added advantage.
6. Proficiency in Keyword research and keyword competition Analysis.
7. Proficiency in creating reports using Google Sheets/Excel.
8. 4+ years of experience in relevant Domains.
9. Proven work experience as a team leader/manager.
10. Knowledge of Analytic tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, etc.
11. Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel.
12. Familiarity with social media trends.
13. Excellent communication skills.
14. Strong project management skills.
15. Creativity and commercial awareness.
16. Outstanding presentation skills.
