- Client Relationship Management: Maintain an organized database of client information using our CRM system. This involves keeping records updated and accurate for efficient communication and follow-ups.
- Outbound Communication: Proactively initiate phone calls to clients and promptly respond to any callback requests, ensuring timely and effective communication to nurture leads and address inquiries.
- Digital Communication: Engage in email and WhatsApp conversations with potential leads, providing information about our courses, addressing queries, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our courses and offerings to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential leads, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication skills and sales techniques to convert potential leads into satisfied customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Software Proficiency: Familiarize yourself with and proficiently utilize our customer relations management software and other relevant computer programs to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.
