Responsibilities:
Strategic Development:
- Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth in both new and established markets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, leveraging industry knowledge and networking to build strong, lasting relationships.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Talent Acquisition:
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to identify, recruit, and onboard top sales talent.
- Support the hiring process by participating in interviews and assessing candidates' fit for the sales team.
Training & Development:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Mentor team members to help them reach their full potential and advance their careers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address client concerns and issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and processes.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and Product Development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Share market feedback and customer insights to drive product and service improvements.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred.
Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
