Position Summary:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Specialist to join our team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR campaigns that enhance Bhanzu's brand reputation and visibility.

- You will serve as a key liaison between our company and the media, influencers, and the public.

- Your role will involve crafting compelling communication materials, organizing impactful events, and analyzing media coverage to drive our PR efforts forward.

Key Responsibilities:

PR Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to promote Bhanzu's mission, values, and initiatives.

- Create strategic PR plans that align with company goals and target audiences.

Media Relations:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, journalists, and key influencers to secure positive coverage.

- Act as the primary contact for media inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.

Content Creation:

- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, articles, and other communication materials that effectively convey our messages and initiatives.

- Ensure all written materials are clear, engaging, and aligned with Bhanzu's brand voice.

Event Management:

- Organize and coordinate events, including press conferences, interviews, and media briefings.

- Oversee event logistics, from planning to execution, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for attendees.

Media Monitoring and Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze media coverage to assess the impact of PR campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare reports and presentations on media coverage and PR campaign performance.

Internal Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, content, and management, to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive communication strategies.

- Provide PR support for internal initiatives and company announcements.

Crisis Management:

- Assist in developing and implementing crisis communication plans to protect and enhance the company's reputation during challenging situations.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as a Public Relations Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful PR campaigns and media engagement.

Skills:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and messages.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends, with experience in leveraging these tools for PR purposes.

- Proficiency in media monitoring tools and analytics platforms.
