Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

Align with Company Goals :


- Familiarize yourself with Bhanzu's vision and mission to contribute effectively towards achieving set goals and objectives.

Client Data Management :


- Collect, maintain, and update client information in our CRM database.

Client Communication :


- Make calls to clients, handle callback requests, and manage communications via email and WhatsApp.

Lead Conversion :


- Educate potential leads about our courses and encourage them to attend trial classes.


Software Proficiency :


- Learn and utilize our CRM software and other related computer applications efficiently.

Requirements :

Communication Skills :


- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential.

Equipment :


- A laptop is mandatory for performing job duties.

Adaptability :


- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Commitment :


- Willingness to work six days a week.
