Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager at Bhanzu, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and expanding our market presence.
You will lead a team of Business Development Associates, manage key client relationships, and ensure the successful implementation of our business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Set performance targets and KPIs for the business development team.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Associates.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
Client Relationship Management:
- Oversee the management of client information in the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address complex client issues and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Business Development:
- Guide the team in generating and nurturing leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp conversations.
- Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into trial class attendees and long-term clients.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and analyze market opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and other related computer applications; experience in using data to drive decisions.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a dynamic workload.
- Commitment: Willingness to work 6 days a week, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Equipment: Must have a laptop and reliable internet connection
