Roles and Responsibilities :
- Familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission to help achieve international growth objectives.
- Build and maintain a client database in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Handle outbound calls, respond to callback requests, and engage with clients via email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Effectively communicate with potential leads to introduce them to our courses and demonstrate value.
- Convert leads into customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Utilize customer relations management (CRM) software and other related tools for efficient lead management.
- Continuously learn about our offerings and improve customer engagement strategies.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in a global context.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior 2-4 yrs experience in business development, international sales, or client relationship management.
- A laptop, an Android phone, and a reliable power backup are mandatory.
- High-speed internet (Wi-Fi speed of 25MBPS or more) is essential for effective communication.
- Willingness to work in a startup environment with a 6-day work schedule
