Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a financial advisor to department heads and business units, providing guidance on financial matters, including cost control, revenue enhancement, and risk management.

- Support key business decisions by providing financial insights, scenario analysis,and risk assessments.

- Collaborate with the operations team to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiency.

- Work closely with the operations team to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational costs.

- Work closely with the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts, sales hiring pipeline, cost projection etc.

- Monitor sales performance against forecasts, identifying variances and working with the sales team to adjust strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement sales incentive programs that align with the company's financial goals.

- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to align with business goals.

- Monitor financial KPIs and drive initiatives to improve business performance.

Skills Requirement:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business- Administration, or related field.

- 5 years of relevant experience in a Business Finance role.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and other stakeholders.

- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
