Job brief:

We are seeking an experienced, goal-oriented Banking and Financial services expert to join our organization. The role requires a strong knowledge of the US banking and financing services industry. The incumbent should also know the latest technologies and how technology can be leveraged to create unique value and competitive advantage.

This role holder will be responsible for strategic and executive decision making, leading the company's BFSI practice from products, services, and client engagement perspectives. In this position, the incumbent will play the role of a strategic advisor who will work closely with the management and the sales team to engage its BFSI customers in enabling large scale outsourcing and transformation programs. Additionally, the role demands good experience in handling multiple stakeholders across engineering and business operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for building the product and services strategy for BFSI through deep understanding and analysis of market needs and industry/competition landscape.

- Drive the offerings end-to-end, working closely with the engineering and the business teams and coming up with the solutions/services strategy and drive prioritization.

- Build the marketing strategy including the competitive positioning, thought leadership, and marketing content in partnership with the marketing team.

- Oversees BFSI client engagements and assist sales in presales and solutioning.

- Responsible for Business process transformation.

- Provide subject matter expertise on all facets of Banking and Financial Services.

- Responsible for setting business strategy and for providing leadership and vision for the long term growth of the BFSI practice.

- Structured analytical approach with a high sense of client focus.

- Lead and effectively influence clients through business case development.

- Understand and evaluate the clients business needs by employing a consultative sales approach to determine their requirements and recommend solutions.

- Evoke meaningful discussions with clients around their critical issues and propose solutions that can be offered by.

- Identify opportunities to re-engineer, reinvent and add value to the business by translating strategies into definite actions.

Key Attributes of the Incumbent:

- Should have a minimum of 12 years experience in US Banking and Financial Services in Technology consulting space

- Should hold a Full-time MBA from Tier-1 institute

- Should be an Engineering graduate from any premier institute, government engineering college, or reputed private colleges.

- Good business knowledge combined with strong interpersonal communication skills

- Entrepreneurial skills are required to identify new opportunities

- Should be able to understand/structure complex flows in business resulting in P&L

- Well organized with good time management skills

- Should possess strong People Management skills

- Established large volume, high-profit accounts with excellent levels of retention and loyalty.

- Nurtured and strengthened working relationships with clients & strategic partners in areas of customer acquisition, service delivery, cost & process adherence, people development & innovation to ensure achievement of targeted gross acquisitions

- Demonstrates a passion for building relationships, cultivating partnerships and growing businesses.

Salary :

Between Rs.60Lakhs p.a. to Rs.70 Lakhs p.a.

This is for a period of 6 months.
