BFSI Account Manager (Cyber Security Solutions Experience)
Role Description:
- Drive sales efforts for Cyber Security Solutions within the BFSI sector.
- Identify, engage, and develop strong business relationships with key decision-makers at leading PUBLIC BANKS OR PSU BANKS financial institutions (SBI, IDBI, CBI, BOI, BOB, etc.).
- Understand customer requirements and present appropriate Cyber Security Solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new BFSI clients.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance revenue generation.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand network and brand presence.
- Stay updated on BFSI industry trends, customer needs, and emerging Cyber Security threats
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Current Expertise Required:
- 7+ years of experience in sales within the BFSI sector (mandate) - PSU Banks
- Proven track record of managing relationships with top-tier PUBLIC SECTOR banks (SBI, IDBI, CBI, BOI, BOB, etc)
- Strong understanding of Cyber Security solutions OR SaaS OR Software Data Analytics solutions, AI/ML solutions, Network solutions, and their application in the BFSI industry
- Previous experience in selling IT solutions, particularly Cyber Security products and services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into tailored solution
- Experience in handling large-scale deals and enterprise-level customers
- Knowledge of banking regulations and the unique security challenges faced by financial institutions
