Junior Brand Manager
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Complete P&L responsibility of the product category from planning budgets, achieving revenue and gross margin targets
- Take the complete ownership of your product, right from Consumer & Market Research , Product Development, Deployment to Sales and within Marketing Collaterals, understand and act upon the Customer Experience and Brand Delivery
- Build a brand of your own product line, deliver marketing & sales campaign which result in monthly growth of the product
- Work with Content, Technology and CLM teams to ensure complete delivery and acquisition growth at reduced CACs via multi-channel execution
- Work with Digital team and Creative agency to deliver monthly & quarterly campaigns and marketing occasions for higher acquisition
- Work with content team to build Product Alliances to make product stronger and see the complete deployment to the acquisition teams for higher acquisition
