Beyond Bytes - Digital Marketing Role

Beyond Bytes is looking to add a Digital Marketing personnel with proven skills in building audiences, engaging leads and customers. You've done everything from creating content to crunching data, running Ad campaigns to strategizing tag lines, wrangling blogs to creating sales materials. Role:

- Execute digital media strategies and campaigns to build awareness about Beyond Bytes while nurturing leads and driving account signups

- Manage workflows and campaigns, Implement e-mail campaigns including newsletters and outbound sales initiatives with awareness-building and audience development campaigns across social and content platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Assist with creating and publishing content for Beyond Bytes online space and other marketing channels.

- Manage, collect and report on marketing KPIs using Google Analytics and other reporting tools

- Project and manage the marketing calendar and other initiatives within Sales/Marketing and with other team members

Requirements:

- 2-5 years experience in digital marketing with Bachelor's/Masters Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar

- Hands on experience with marketing automation platforms. Good knowledge of other digital marketing tools and techniques and SAAS / B2B digital marketing and social media analytics

- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns and clearly demonstrate campaigns and initiatives you have executed in online media (including, but not limited to, Facebook Ads, Twitter, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TweetDeck, etc.)

- Proven ability to create original, unique and highly shareable marketing campaigns

- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. A responsible self-starter, creative thinker, analytic, detail oriented; comfortable in a results-driven business environment

- Ace organizer and prioritizer while being a stickler for details and deadlines. You're able to work autonomously and effectively manage your time
