Must Haves : - 4 years of relevant experience in Social Media marketing. - A knack for multi tasking coupled with effective time management skills. - Good communication skills to handle in-house (inter-team) and outsourced marketing services. - Strong analytical skills to maintain and report performance metrics. - Sound knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools. - Adaptive and a team player with an urge to learn. Good To Haves : - Graduation/Post-graduation in any field related to marketing/mass communication - Experience with Fashion / Media / Food industry Responsibilities : - Leading the Social Media Strategy for the brand across all platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Youtube, Tik Tok, Linked In - Analysing & providing platformwise daily, weekly and monthly reports based on social media metrics - Aiding Branding Team in campaign planning and ensuring its execution across social media platform - Executing PR-led and on-ground activities - Through market research and competitor analysis - Improving usability, design, and content across company website & app.
