Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Age Limit- Max 35 years
- To conduct market mapping and segmentation of the channel partners.
- To identify the channel contribution to the sales target.
- To implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners.
- To strategize and present the periodic channel sales plan to the management and review the approved channel sales plan periodically.
- To assign target to each team member as per the overall target of the projects.
- To ensure each team member & project meets the sales targeted from channels.
- To develop & drive the channel sales team (direct reporting to this role & dotted line reporting to respective site head).
- To conduct regular team meetings and review of individual team member performance against the target assigned.
- To ensure meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month.
- To ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners.
- To ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing ones.
- To liaison and work closely with the site heads for various promotional offers for channel partners.
- To prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions & planning channel partner events around the same.
- To develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners.
- To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners.
- To ensure constant improvement in the channel partner experience.
Accountabilities and Activities :
- To ensure Sales through Channels (Brokers & Alternate Channels) at active projects.
- To maintain & expand organization's database of channel partners by increasing width and depth of this distribution channel.
- External Interactions Brokers, IPCs..
