Lead &amp; coordinate with teams such as Marketing, PR to ensure brand consistency across social platforms. - Someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify, track and interpret online and offline engagement metrics - Outstanding communications skills and up to date with social/digital trends, new media channels, integrated PR and Marketing avenues for brand promotion and growth - Worked at an Account manager level in previous roles, Advertisement Agency or Digital or Social Agencies. - Someone who is highly organized, attention to detail and excellent at end-to-end program /campaign management. what you'll do : - Responsible for creating and monitoring performance metrics on engagement. - Be responsible for end-to-end customer relationship management online with an emphasis on zero customer drops &amp; complaints. - Account management for all campaigns on companys B2C brand (Online / Marketing / PR) Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics to develop and execute against partnership goals - Assist in social promotion of cloud stores. - Organize and participate in PR &amp; Marketing events to build community and boost brand awareness - Is accountable and delivers on timelines, can understand briefs without too many iterations and can apply the same to take decisions in the best interest of the brand
