Head of sales (HNI,UHNI,Family Office)
Role Overview :
- Seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our efforts in engaging and managing relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs), and family offices.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in raising capital, particularly in alternative investments, and a deep understanding of the investment needs and expectations of these client segments.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Leadership :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting HNIs, UHNIs, and family offices to drive capital inflow for media and entertainment financing opportunities.
Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their investment preferences, risk appetite, and financial goals.
Business Development :
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Expand the client base to include prominent family offices and private wealth managers.
Product Promotion :
- Promote Better Invest's financing solutions, focusing on invoice discounting opportunities within the media and entertainment industry.
- Communicate the unique value proposition of these offerings effectively to potential investors.
Sales Operations :
- Oversee the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and report on progress to senior management.
- Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Market Insights :
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Provide insights to shape product offerings and marketing strategies.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with the marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company goals.
Qualifications :
Experience :
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, with a focus on HNIs, UHNIs, and family offices.
- Prior experience in alternative investments, private banking, or wealth management is preferred.
- Network : Extensive network of HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and private wealth managers.
Skills :
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex financial products clearly and persuasively.
Leadership :
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Education : Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
