Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead day to day financial operations, including for India and US Company.
2. Financial operations to include vendor management (payments & proper GST collection), revenue assurance (invoicing, collections and receivables management).
3. Responsible for managing the entire accounting, statutory filings and MIS reports of the Company.
4. Prepare financial statements, BRS and other MIS reports monthly, quarterly and annually.
5. Payroll processing and Vendor payments with appropriate reconciliations and workings.
6. GST / TDS workings and filings accurately.
7. Building processes and SOP related to Vendor payments and Customer receipts.
8. Manage US reporting, tax filings and India audits.
9. Prepare budgets and ensure adherence to AOP by all departments.
Requirements:
1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with prior experience in the Accounts/Finance department.
2. 2 - 4 years of experience in Accounting, FP&A, Reporting, Audit, Taxation.
3. Expertise in financial accounting, reporting, statutory filings, making MIS reports and taxation.
4. Excellent clarity of Accounting principles and Revenue Recognition concepts.
5. Worked in a high growth environment and independently handled complex projects with a result driven approach.
6. Proficiency in Accounting softwares eg. Zoho, Tally, Quickbooks.
7. Excellent grasp of month end closure reports, making financial statements and Payroll processing.
8. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
9. Experience of knowledge in Transfer pricing and US GAAP accounting is a plus.
10. Expertise of working with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint and Google Sheets.
11. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
12. Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
