Better - Workday HCM & Security Lead

What to Bring on the table

- 4+ years hands-on experience on Workday security configuration e.g. data domains; security groups ; security roles including role based, user based, segmented and intersecting security roles; migration of security configurations.

- 2+ years hands-on experience in configuring custom security in Workday

- 2+ years of experience in Workday system administration e.g. tenant management, version releases, regression testing.

 -Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field preferred or equivalent experience

Preferred: Within the past 2-4 years, has completed relevant Workday training on HCM Pro; Security such as Configurable Security Fundamentals, Advanced Configurable Security, Integration Security, etc.

What would be your key responsibilities

1. In close partnership with the HRIS Functional, Technical + People Systems Product teams, this role creates and maintains the Workday security design for design, optimization, configurations, workflows, and tenants with direct triage to reports and integrations.

2. Partners with the relevant Better resources (Data Governance/Council & Data Analytics COE) to develop the future state User Access Management for Production and non-Production tenants and creates the necessary documentation.

3. Partners with the relevant security architects and technical resources within Better to seek and ensure alignment on Workday security design particularly but not limited to integrations, tenant access, etc.

Sprints :

1. Migrates security configurations across tenants throughout the project.

2. Analyzes any new HCM + security requirements or changes required, identifies impact of changes, performs and test security changes

3.Partners with relevant Better and partner resources to enable the following while performing the required Workday tasks:

- SSO configuration

- Multi-factor authentication

- Mobile Access

- Manages ISU (Integration System User) creation and permissions

4. Ensures that Workday generated keys and certificates are made available for integration partners and that certificates conform to standards

5. Processes access requests to the tenants and supports tenant management strategy
