Responsibilities will include:
- Be a subject matter expert for Workday security, supervisory organization, and processes ensuing system health and sustainability.
- Manage current scope of workday (HCM, Time& Absence, LMS, Journeys, Talent & performance mgmt., compensation, onboarding)
- Configure workday according to business and technical requirements and work with workday vendor/partner to ensure the project is seamlessly executed.
- Work closely with integration leads in IT & HR in the US & India teams to ensure accuracy of data connections with other in house systems.
- Research and resolve unexpected results or process flaws ensuring any risks are identified and mitigated
- Execute daily maintenance activities including but not limited to role assignments, security audits, organization set etc.
- Identify and articulate process improvements, understand potential Workday constraints and offer practical solutions
on how to best deliver the workday solution.
- Responsible for quality assurance, creation of test scripts and testing execution for any workday features/modules being adopted.
- Participate in workday upgrade process including testing.
- Support other HR Tech projects as and when needed.
- Understand and enable the processes, features and reports/dashboards for different stakeholders across the Org.
About You:
- We are looking for someone who puts people first, working in the best interest of both our employees and the company. This person should have a strong understanding of people guidelines and can navigate situations thoughtfully and effectively.
- Work exp. Of 5-8 years in HR tech space, with at least 3-4 years in managing core workday system.
- Energized by a constantly changing environment
- Integrity and strong emotional intelligence. Leads with empathy and intuition.
- Ability to cultivate relationships and build rapport quickly across teams
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
