Description :


Better.com seeks an Senior Analyst to be a key member supporting the India/US team. Analyst you will work closely with Reimbursement and Expense Management Team. This role will have regular interaction with stakeholders and various business units across Better.com and therefore requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Responsibilities :


- Managing Corporate Card Expenses


- Classifying & Reconciling Credit Card Statements


- Checking, approving and reimbursing expense claims of employees


- Identifying process gaps and working towards process improvement


- Resolving/ responding to employee queries/ concerns


- Guiding/ helping employees in booking travel and accommodation


Basic Qualifications :


- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred


- Experience – 3-6 years


- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with Chrome River would be an added advantage


- Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills


Preferred Qualifications


- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality


- Excellent business judgment, including strong written and oral communication skills


- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in an energetic, fast-paced environment


- Comfort with ambiguity and creative problem-solving


- Highly innovative and flexible; ability to work with autonomy
