Responsibilities will include :-
- Manage & provide day-to-day system support to our in house agents, pod managers, including resolution of all system related issues
- Help coach and lead new pod managers with a focus on driving production, operational improvement and general support
- Drive new initiatives to help improve our customer experience
- Develop, document and maintain system admin procedures on agent tools, and create employee resource guides for said tools
- Track and maintain licensing requirements of team members and pod managers
- Ensure timely payment of all real estate transactions
- Assist with agent onboarding and daily agent scheduling (e.g. calendar and out of office management)
- Drive data integrity by developing and conducting audits
About you:
- Strong communication, organization, problem solving and time management skills.
- Experience in administrative/office management role a plus
- Experience managing a CRM tool a plus
- Capable of learning technology quickly
- Proven demonstrations of improvement and tangible results
- Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with teams to constantly rethink and improve our processes and agent experience
- Ability to keep up with emerging technologies and updates to existing technologies
