- Better.com is growing and we are looking for a People Strategy Manager to join our Human Resources team. If you are looking to make an impact alongside a collaborative team that is transforming the homeownership industry, check us out


Responsibilities will include:


- Manage all compensation matters, such as market midpoint analysis, the salary structure w.r.t. fixed, variable, incentives etc.


- Design and deploy our performance management and rewards philosophy.


- Evaluate the compensation landscape to understand and learn from best practices through benchmarking and industry research and employment trends, track legislation and make recommendations.


- Anchor talent reviews and Drive succession planning in structured manner with respect to future business needs.


- Support the development and integration of new and/or existing rewards programs, policies, and procedures to ensure that programs are market competitive, internally equitable, and cost effective.


- Building the strategy for new talent segments, quick respond squads.


- Prior Experience in supporting Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.


- Drive Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative
