- The person will work along with cross-functional teams vis-a-vis marketing, operations, sales, etc to assess data needs, propose analytical solutions to provide practical, value-added answers to the stakeholders
- Recommend analytical techniques appropriate for targeting and segmenting markets, product design, marketing optimization
- Support in analyzing and forecasting demand, optimizing unit economics and geographic/territory targeting
- Build and manage a team as well as individual performances across the organization
- Translate business objectives into data and analytics solutions using appropriate methodologies
- Provide training, documentation and other assistance to associates to support and expand the use of market research and modelling tools
- The person in this role will need the ability to communicate effectively with the associates and team leads to assess opportunities and develop analytics solutions
